The founder of Albicker Arbeitsrecht was formerly situated as a partner and site manager for the local employment law department in Frankfurt within two renowned German commercial law firms for over twenty years.

Dr. Albickers longstanding experience in employment law, his excellent juridical qualities, his distinct sense for economic correlations and a particular perseverance in addition to his ability to quickly and precisely grasp the concerns of the client, are the perfect tools for handling complex and often lengthy employment law proceedings.

His many years of experience as a specialized lawyer for commercial and corporate law with a focus on commercial and distribution law along with his experience in supporting and handling disputes relating to shareholders, create the foundation needed to think outside the box concerning employment law. 

Among other things, these experiences are a valuable asset in supervising and supporting the restructuring of a company as well as being the communicator with the human resource and law departments, associations, transactional attorneys or for law firms who do not specialize in employment law within cross-jurisdictional matters.

Dr. Albicker supports companies by himself or together with further experts via regular lectures about current top issues and developments in employment law. This includes lectures at associations, chambers of commerce and industry along with in-house training courses.
